Virginia Club of New York: Yoga Class

Come stretch in an all-levels flexibility class in Central Park. We’ll start with a 30 min beginner foundations session followed by a 30 min intermediate session. We will host in East Meadow, with more specific location details to be sent out prior to the event. This event is weather permitting and will be rescheduled in the event of rain.

Please bring your own yoga mat!
