Get your heart pumping with the Virginia Club of New York for a morning High Intensity Interval Training class! Enjoy a full-body workout led by Nicole Bedoya (CLAS ’15), a group fitness instructor at 305 fitness. Nicole’s virtual workouts are designed for small NYC apartments and utilize body weight and occasionally household items.
