Virtual Full Body Cardio Class

Release your workday stress with the Virginia Club of New York for an evening High Intensity Interval Training class! Enjoy a full-body workout led by Jacqueline Kouri (ENGR ’17), a group fitness instructor at Equinox. Jacqueline’s virtual workouts utilize body weight for an intense cardio workout. She also incorporates modifications for participants looking for a low-impact, high cardio routine.
Registrants will receive the Zoom meeting information via email 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
