Virtual All-Levels Virtual Meditation and Yoga

Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or an experienced yogi, join us for a rejuvenating hour after the workday. Amanda Selsky (CLAS ’17) will guide participants in a virtual meditation and yoga class.
Registrants will receive the Zoom link and a calming Spotify playlist via email prior to the event. We ask that participants register by 12:00 p.m. the day of the event.
