Beastanetics Virtual Fitness Class

Get your heart pumping with the Virginia Club of New York at a morning high intensity, interval training class!

Enjoy a full-body workout led by Tim Haft (CLAS ’78), founder and fitness instructor at Punk Rope.

Developed by Tim in 2009, Beastanetics is a fun, 60-minute, high-intensity, interval training fitness class that utilizes a wide variety of bodyweight exercises plus a unique work to rest ratio to improve cardiovascular conditioning, strength, power, agility, mobility, flexibility, and body composition. Beastanetics is appropriate for people of most fitness levels. No equipment is necessary.

Registrants will receive the Zoom meeting information via email the night prior to the class. We ask that attendees register by 8 pm the day before.
