All-Levels Virtual Meditation and Yoga

Unwind with the Virginia Club of New York with an evening of meditation and yoga. Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or an experienced yogi, join us for a rejuvenating hour after the workday. Amanda Selsky (CLAS ’17) will guide participants in a virtual meditation and yoga class.
Registrants will receive the Zoom meeting information in their confirmation email. Prior to the class, registrants will receive a link to a calming Spotify playlist.
